 RETURNS & REFUNDS: 

Here at MoneaBeautique we do not allow RETURNS, EXCHANGES, or  REFUNDS! If there is a problem on our end we are more than welcome to help/accommodate. Feel free to click on the "Contact Us" page and contact us during business hours.  Thank You In Advance!

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Thank You for your patience! 

 

POLICY FOR SERVICES: 

• A $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee is required to book. If you want to reschedule it must be at least 5 hours in advance. However, if you choose to cancel your appointment or do not show to your appointment the deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!
• Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to book a same day appointment please contact me via text message (678-849-6649).
• Keep in mind that when you're booking for a Fill-in, you must have at least 40% - 50% of existing lashes on BOTH eyes. If you do not have 40% - 50% or 2-3 weeks worth of lashes on your eyes you will be considered a FULL SET!!
• Clients are allowed 2-3 fills ins until full set is required again.
• Any concerns or dissatisfaction with your services must be made to me within 48 hours of your service.
• After leaving satisfied all services are non-refundable.
• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
• NO EXTRA COMPANY
